3000 sqm Steel Structure on Concrete Walls in Sfax

To support the expansion of mining and industrial storage operations for SOFAP (a subsidiary of the Hammami Group), SKCMM was selected to carry out the structural steelwork for a large-scale facility in Sfax. The scope included the workshop fabrication and site installation of a heavy-duty steel roof frame anchored to reinforced concrete shear walls, spanning a total area of 3,000 sqm with a clear span of 24 meters. This design maximizes internal operational clearance by eliminating internal columns, tailored specifically for mining sector requirements. The entire construction was executed within a tight 50-day completion period.
